  • Learn the art of practicing well being in a small group workshop environment.
  • Develop or deepen your personal yoga practice.
  • Learn foundation postures, beginners breathing practices, yoga philosophy and a beginners meditation practice.

  • All those wanting to deepen their understanding of an existing yoga practice

    Bring comfortable clothing to stretch in. Changing rooms and free mats available.

    $150 Single or $250 Couple
